Terrible name but the threat is all too real.
Fact:  this war, for the most part, started in the seventies and eighties when Iran (mostly Shiite as opposed to al-qeda Sunni) took hostages and Iran’s Hezbola blew up the US embassy and marine barracks, along with other attacks throughout the 80’s.
